7月13日，荣安集团在东钱湖钱湖宾馆召开2019半年度经营工作会议。荣安集团及下属子公司中高层人员参加会议。荣安集团董事长王久芳、荣安地产总经理王丛玮及其他高管出席会议。
会上，地产公司运营管控部首先向大会作《荣安地产2019上半年度完成分析报告》。报告显示，上半年公司以战略为指导，以组织变革为支撑，以权责流程变革为保障，同时借助于标准化建设、信息化建设，确保了公司年度经营计划目标的达成；下半年，公司将持续推进组织架构优化，完善激励机制，实现规模和利润平衡，继续坚持城市深耕，把市场做熟做透。
随后，荣安地产公司财务总监郑伟红做《公司项目财务工作报告》。荣安地产各城市公司、天苑建设、物业公司负责人在会上分别作《2019上半年度工作总结报告》，总结2019年上半年各项工作的完成情况，并分享项目的成功经验，对工作失误及教训进行总结。荣安地产总经理王丛玮认真听取报告，并就工作中的重难点予以点评，对下半年工作提出具体要求。
王久芳董事长会上对上半年荣安取得的骄人业绩表示充分肯定，并发表重要讲话，就2018提出的荣安五年战略规划，从实现路径、城市研究、组织架构、人才机制、投资策略等方面进行深刻解析，为五年战略目标的实现指明了方向。
